Policies

The Blue Gull Inn is an exclusive Bed & Breakfast where every guest reservation is important, and as a small Inn such as ours is greatly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. We require notice of cancellation 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice. You will be charged for a nights stay.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 10:30 AM.

Personal items left behind will be mailed back to you for a flat fee of $20. Larger items will be charged accordingly.

Washington State Law prohibits smoking within 25 feet of a businesses, public places and workplaces. 

For the safety and comfort of all our guests:

No Smoking

No candles or open flame of any kind inside the Inn

No pets

No children under 14 years of age
